UK Jurisdiction programme messages from President of the UK National Council and UK Darkhana Mukhi-Kamadias who will provide a message to the Jamat regarding the reopening of Jamatkhanas. This will be followed by an insightful video which has not yet been shown about the opening of the solo exhibition ’Seeing through Babel’ which was officially opened by Prince Amyn Aga Khan in July 2019. The video also features speeches by Prince Amyn Aga Khan, Dr. Henry Kim, and a musical performance by Kovork Mourad. Lastly, a documentary entitled ‘Where Families and Mountains Meet’ is shown. This documentary explores Gorno-Badakhshan, Tajikistan, and the dramatic changes that followed in the area after the collapse of the Soviet Union and the subsequent civil war.
