After many years of anticipation, designs of the Ismaili Center in Houston were presented at a special event hosted in Houston, Texas. Design architect Farshid Moussavi and landscape architect Thomas Woltz shared plans for the site's building and gardens. Also present at the event were civic officials, leaders from civil society, and the media.

This episode will deal with the emergence and formation of the Panjtani tradition in Badakhshan after Nasir-i Khusraw’s mission. More specifically it examines some of the key elements of the Panjtani tradition such as madāh – devotional music and poetry, the rite of Charāgh-rawshan, visitation of shrines, and veneration of the saints.
The Ismaili is pleased to present a rendition of Noor-e Haq, performed by Shabnam Merali. The devotional song is written in praise of Mawlana Ali and is sung in three languages; Urdu, Farsi, and Gujarati.

Anita Karim, a 22-year-old from Karimabad, Hunza, is the first female Mixed Martial Arts (MMA) fighter to represent Pakistan at an international level. Anita won her second international match at the One Warrior Series (OWS) in Singapore, against Indonesia’s Gita Suharsono, where she dominated all three rounds of the fight. SPO-016

Enter the Rajasthan home of Sindhi master musician Lakha Khan and experience him sing songs and perform instrumentals that speak to the worldly and sacred nature of his music. Fluent in five languages, he sings in Seraiki, Sindhi, Marwari, Punjabi, and Hindi.
Lutfiya Abdulmajidova is a volleyball player and coach from Khorog, Tajikistan. She has participated in various national and international competitions. As a captain of the GBAO Women Volleyball team, she has had a key role in winning the National Cup for almost 15 years. SPO-014
The 2021 Global Ismaili Youth Model United Nations(IYMUN) conference focused on Urban & Rural Development challenges faced by the world. This year's virtual conference connected Ismaili youth aged 12-18 years from around the globe and enabled participants to debate global issues, form resolutions, and develop skills in conflict resolution and the promotion of international cooperation. This experience overarchingly allowed participants to develop a deeper understanding of current world issues as well as their role in combating these issues as global citizens.
