AKHB UK: Mindful Monday Moments – Fill Your Cup
Mindfulness practice is for everyone and has been proven to help with stress, anxiety, and depression as well as everyday wellness. This session is dedicated to all members of the Jamat who are key workers. All of you heroes that put other people's needs before your own, self-care is extremely important! You cannot pour with an empty cup. As it is a stressful time the Aga Khan Health Board for the UK has developed this video to give you all some much-needed relaxation.
